Moved from Chicago to Tampa
Matt studied International Relations at Northern Illinois University and afterwards began work in the restaurant industry. Following 3 successful decades with McDonald’s Corporation he was looking for a change.
2001
FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING
Angel began her career in the Real Estate industry directly after high school working in both the Mortgage and Property Management industries. The flexibility that these positions offered her meant that she could still be a stay at home mom while raising our two daughters Alex and Sam. Spending time together with our daughters, friends and family, as well as our 3 dogs Roxy, Shiloh, and Harley is NEVER something we take for granted.

While our passion for Real Estate had manifested in acquiring investment properties, this was the year we acted on our dream and created Team Wenrich. As a power couple in the industry we combine tough negotiations and leverage our years of experience to exceed client’s expectations.
2022
Team Wenrich gives back
We are proud partners of the La Providencia Orphanage in Central Honduras. Leading numerous trips, guiding teams and teaching them about the mission, we have been able to help those that have a difficult time helping themselves. Teaching them about business and ways to develop streams of income from within the community has been very rewarding for us. In 2022 we celebrate 10 years of being a part of this wonderful mission.
