Somos Matt y Angel Wenrich del equipo Wenrich Sells Tampa / Keller Williams Suburban Tampa, Brandon & Plant City.
Somos veteranos de la industria de bienes raÃces y hemos representado a clientes en todo el mercado de la BahÃa de Tampa en cientos de transacciones de bienes raÃces. Hemos construido una base sólida de clientes en esta comunidad a través del profesionalismo , la atención al detalle y el compromiso de poner siempre las necesidades del cliente en primer lugar. Como una pareja poderosa, somos negociadores duros y hemos continuado aprovechando nuestro conocimiento y experiencia para superar las expectativas de los clientes.
Matt estudió Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad del Norte de Illinois y luego comenzó a trabajar en la industria de restaurantes. Después de 3 décadas exitosas con McDonald's Corporation, estaba buscando un cambio. Apasionado por los Bienes RaÃces e inversionista en numerosas propiedades de alquiler, decidió unirse al campo inmobiliario como agente de ventas.
Angel comenzó su carrera en la industria de bienes raÃces inmediatamente después de graduarse de la escuela secundaria. También ha trabajado en las industrias de administración de propiedades e hipotecas .
Matt studied International Relations at Northern Illinois University and afterwards began work in the restaurant industry. Following 3 successful decades with McDonald’s Corporation he was looking for a change.
2001
FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING
Angel began her career in the Real Estate industry directly after high school working in both the Mortgage and Property Management industries. The flexibility that these positions offered her meant that she could still be a stay at home mom while raising our two daughters Alex and Sam. Spending time together with our daughters, friends and family, as well as our 3 dogs Roxy, Shiloh, and Harley is NEVER something we take for granted.

2017
While our passion for Real Estate had manifested in acquiring investment properties, this was the year we acted on our dream and created Team Wenrich. As a power couple in the industry we combine tough negotiations and leverage our years of experience to exceed client’s expectations.
2022
Team Wenrich gives back
We are proud partners of the La Providencia Orphanage in Central Honduras. Leading numerous trips, guiding teams and teaching them about the mission, we have been able to help those that have a difficult time helping themselves. Teaching them about business and ways to develop streams of income from within the community has been very rewarding for us. In 2022 we celebrate 10 years of being a part of this wonderful mission.
